  • Our max capacity is 150 guests.

  • Yes, the minimum for any event in the Thomas Room is $1,850 for food + NA beverage package and $2,350 for food + alcoholic beverage package + rental fee (varies by day).

  • Taxes and/or fees are added to your final invoice. Total cost includes a 20% service fee + sales tax.

  • We have several bar packages to choose from, including NA. Use of our bar service is required. Included is 3 hours of hosted service with ice and disposable cups.

    You can extend your timeframe for an additional fee or switch to cash bar.

  • The rental fee includes use and arrangement of tables, chairs, ivory linens, plates, flatware, and water goblets.

  • We do not allow guests to bring in their own alcohol. All alcohol provided must come through our liquor license.

  • Chef’s Table Columbus is the preferred caterer for The Clocktower Kitchen + Bar Venue spaces. However, outside caterers are permitted with written approval and will incur an additional fee.

    Clients are permitted to provide cake and/or dessert from outside vendor.

    Desserts provided by a non-licensed vendor must be approved prior to the event.

  • Yes! We have an ADA complaint chairlift in our back stairwell for guests to get to the 2nd floor Thomas Room.

  • Yes! We have a list of preferred vendors that will help you plan your event without all the stress that comes with trying to find the perfect vendors!

    Aside from catering, we do not require you to use any of our preferred vendors.

  • Our venue rental cost includes the use of our tables and chairs. These are free for you to use. We also include setting them up for your event.

  • Included in your rental fee is ivory table linens and napkins. If you would like a different color, rentals will be required.

    We’re happy to assist with your rental needs, excluding pickup/delivery and drop-off.

  • We have a room adjacent to the Thomas room that can be set up as a lounge/get ready room. There is a $500 fee for use of the room during the rental period.

  • If you would like to schedule an appointment with our Venue Manager for a guided tour and to answer questions, please fill out the contact form.

    You are also welcome to stop by during open hours for the restaurant and take a look at the space. Please see host before going upstairs.
